It is a semi double ender in that it has full cooking and sleeping quarters on one end with a full work station including new TV and DVD player. 
The opposite end has a work station as well as bedroom with bathroom.  
The engineers end of the trailer has new carpet, work station, new paneling and trim, new bed, cabinets were refinished and has a new TV and DVD player. 
The trailer is very clean and is work ready.
